Greenwheels had no shortage of demand for data-driven insights but trust in the data was low. Different teams were reporting the same KPIs with different numbers, definitions were unclear, and there was no single version of the truth. Source systems delivered data that was inconsistent, incomplete or incorrect.
On top of that, their legacy tooling couldn't keep up. Reports were slow, maintenance-heavy, and a constant source of frustration. Leadership and the data team wanted to turn this around and make data a competitive advantage.
