Meeder Group wanted to understand their gross margin at a granular level: per customer, per product, and per entity. The question was straightforward. The answer wasn't.
Their financial and operational data lived in separate systems with no connection between them. The margin calculations themselves were complex, and their previous data partner hadn't been able to crack it. Leadership was left making decisions without the detail they needed.
