THE CHALLENGE
Parfumado built a fast-growing subscription business across five European countries, but its data capabilities hadn’t kept pace. Critical insights were manually stitched together from backend systems, marketing platforms, and payment providers—a time-consuming process that often produced inconsistent and unreliable results.
They had been working with an external data partner that wasn't delivering. The plan was to bring everything in-house, but they lacked the internal expertise and technical platform to execute. Marketing, Finance, and Operations were each flying blind in their own way.
They needed someone who could build the data platform quickly, make it reliable from day one, and structure it so it wouldn't require a large internal team to maintain.
